Gun Bag Bulk Production
In 2023 first half year, 10-12 containers were shipped every month, outdoor bags covered hunting, tactical, archery, fishing, tool and etc, very busy for 2023 first half year.
Now, I’d like to say something for hunting gun case production.
1.Firstly raw materials and accessories sourcing, the period generally needs around 20 days.
2.When materials all arrived at factory, we started cutting, pls see below cutted photos for every piece. Kindly pay more attention to the locating hole, in this way, the cutting would be more precise and exact, i.e. sizes would be in good shape when we see the bag sample or bulk.
All cutted pieces we fastened tightly with strings for each progress to sew, pls see the above photos, tidy and in order.
3.When the ready work is finished, we would start sewing in line one progress by another progress, pls see below photos.
4.When Sewing line work is end, we would go to the quality inspection work for each bag, and then go to packing period, usually each bag were packed into a PE polybag except that there’s a special request for PP polybag.
Customers can have own barcodes or stickers on each polybag, also for carton marks we can produce as each customers’ requirements, and packed into rectangular cartons, usually carton quality is 5-layer quality cardboard in export quality yearly.
5.The last period is loading container for 20 foot / 40GP / 40HQ depends.
Totally each container delivery needs around 60-75 days since deposit arrived, and our capacity each month is 12 containers, welcome more customers cooperate with our factory, hope by our ten more years specialization would bring customers happiness and benefit together, to make your life and work both effective and more nice.
